I really want to, but do I have time? No. If you take a look at my previous post, you see I
skipped a huge chunk of our life. Basically, the entire year of 2014. This is
not due to lack of things to blog about. Trust me. We have just been so
completely busy. I can't remember the last time I was bored. I guess that's a
good thing because I don't like to be bored. I also feel like blogging is
becoming a little obsolete. Maybe not entirely, but definitely for sharing
photos and life’s moments….
With
Instagram, it’s so easy to keep everyone up to date and share pictures with a
couple of clicks. It’s much more efficient, with everything that we have going
on. In fact, it’s fantastic! Easy peasy! The downside is I’m missing the
thoughts that go in to blogging and having this special source to refer back
to. I will appreciate this blog one day, when the little blessings that keep me
on my toes constantly, are all grown up and too busy to let
mom take their picture. Then one day … a
long, long time from now… hopefully, they will enjoy looking back at the blog
(or blog books… that’s another thing – I need to do a better job about printing
hard copies of the blog). So I am going to try really, really hard to write one
post a week. It doesn’t have to be fancy… all I want is a recap of our week. I’ll
go ahead and say it now… I WILL miss weeks, but I’m going to make an effort not
to.
The biggest highlight of 2014 for us, was the birth of our sweet baby Emma!! There are
just no words for this little doll. She is the happiest little baby I’ve ever
met! Oh I could just eat her up!! She's nine months old today! Here are her first
nine months, in photos… enjoy!!
